Shipping & Delivery
Each painting is an original, shipped worldwide directly from the studio. Here's what to expect when you order or arrange a purchase.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide via Nova Poshta Global and international couriers such as DHL and FedEx. Most orders go to the US, Europe, and within Ukraine — if you're elsewhere, get in touch and we'll confirm delivery to you.
Packaging
Each painting is packed to fine-art standards — wrapped in acid-free glassine, protected at the corners, and shipped flat in a rigid box (larger or framed works are crated) so it arrives safely.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. International parcels currently route overland through the EU before flying onward, so please allow roughly 1–3 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance.
Export documentation
As original artworks leaving Ukraine, each piece ships with the required export documentation, which the studio prepares — you don't need to arrange anything on your side.
Customs & duties
Original hand-painted works are often exempt from customs duty, but any import VAT or fees charged in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and vary by location.
Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted per piece and confirmed before purchase — the cost depends on the work's size, your destination, and the carrier. Contact us for a quote to your location.
Returns
Because each work is an original, sales are final. Every shipment is insured — if a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
